The Dayspring Commission, Inc. (DCI) is a non-profit organization licensed in the state of California. Birthed in 2006, DCI is young in years yet its officers are seasoned missionaries with a shared passion for service to God.
Dayspring was founded by Lily Ysip, a missionary veteran herself who visited the poor in mountain ranges and the valleys of the Philippines.

Our Mission is to connect with leaders through conferences, training programs, and encounter retreats and ultimately impact their communities. We partner with supporting churches and ministries that share the same vision. We share the cause of DCF in the Philippines and desire to assist them fulfill their vision.
